Troubleshooting
Below are some common issues that you may be able to check on your own before send your pump back to us or purchasing a replacement.
Is the fountain tripping the GFCI?
Check the following:
- Breaker
- Outlet
- GFCI plug/adapter, if applicable
- Timer
- Check pump for clogs or obstruction
- Check power cord for damage
Why does my display look different?
Check the following:
- Nozzle for debris and clogs
- Intake on the pump for obstructions
What if my wet rotor pump stops working?
Check the following:
- Nozzle for debris and clogs
- Intake on the pump for obstructions

If you're still struggling to get your fountain running, please feel free to email us with any questions, pictures of your pump, and steps that you have taken to troubleshoot on your end.

Why aren't my lights working properly?
If your lights are working, but dim, check the lenses for buildup of dirt, algae, or mineral scale.
If your lights are not working at all, remove them from the water, and check the following:
- Fixtures or wires are damaged and there is water inside
- Bypass the photocell if applicable
- Check transformer to make sure you are getting 12 volts
- Inspect the bulbs for signs of damage
- Check the power cord for nicks, cuts, or any other damage
